Qualifications for CNA:
- Current State of Massachusetts CNA License
- Verbal and written communication skills to communicate with our Clients, Family Members, Nurse(s) and Staff
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to understand regulations, policies and procedures
- Positive attitude and compassion towards the elderly
Responsibilities for CNA:
- Provides ADL’s by assisting with serving meals and feeding clients , ambulating, client positioning
- Administration of physical and grooming care i.e., elimination care, bathing, hair care, oral care, back care, etc.
- Measure and record vital signs, weight, medication, intake, and output information
- Observe and report any changes in client's general condition
- Maintain a neat and safe patient environment
- Complete documentation daily and accurately on required forms
Home Health Aide (HHA) Flex-40 Position
Cambridge and surrounding areas
Qualifications for HHA:
- Possess and maintain current CPR certification
- Ability to handle physical demands, such as lifting or support clients and stand, walk, bend, or crawl for extended periods.
- Compassionate care approach to working with clients.
- Verbal and written communication skills to communicate with our Clients, Family Members, Nurse(s) and Staff
Responsibilities for HHA:
- Assist clients with their meals, mobility transfer, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming
- Handle light housekeeping, such as dusting, sweeping, organizing, and laundry.
- Assist client with medication reminders
- Maintain a neat and safe patient environment
- Observe and report any changes in client's general condition
- Complete documentation daily and accurately on required forms
